Part of what amazes me is that it's actually in the middle of a very diverse tech hub area.  The Asian population probably just go to better restaurants.

This reminded me of a carry-out hibachi place in NC that has the most horrible Asian caricature mascot I've ever seen.

AM* is excellent.  I think a lot of Wilco's present fans cam on board after YHF*, and AM just didn't offer what they thought were the band's greatest strengths.

Agreed. I think Roseanne and Frasier hold up really well, and are much better at combining laughs and character moments than anything airing now.

I listened to Murmur for the first time Sunday, while driving through Appalachian backroads to go hiking.  Good vibes. I hadn't really paid attention to how "Southern" their early stuff actually sounded.

The Beatles deserve their reputation, but it does feel unfair how much attention they get relative to contemporaries like The Kinks and The Byrds, not to mention the earlier Rock n Roll artists.

@Scrawler @Nick Slaughter —- It's been a while since I watched 24, and I still blame it for my having to take an extra semester to graduate.  Also, I think "cougar," "mountain lion," and "puma" are all the same thing, unless it was actually a catamount.

This is how I felt upon learning that everyone is supposed to hate the Red Hot Chili Peppers now.
