That student's name? ALBERT EINSTEIN.

Running Scared should be considered alongside Crank 2 as one of the great "fuck it, whatever" movies.
The scene where Cruise disarms and Mozambique Drills a street thug in Collateral is one of my favourite bits in a movie ever. Absolute economy of movement, and he'd clearly put the work in beforehand for a 30-second shot.
What a mess of a film that is. There's few films that have such a potent mix of brilliance (Oldman, Waits, Bellucci in the Brides scene) and disaster (Reeves, Sadie Frost, Hopkins at his hammiest).
I. AM. AN. FBI AGENT! It's a travesty that Bigelow won the Oscar for that snoozefest Hurt Locker and not this.
Nic Cage: No Half Measures.
Don't you know I'm loco?
"I'm lookin' at your face and I just wanna smash it. I just wanna fuckin' smash it with a sledgehammer and squeeze it. You're so pretty."
The best thing about Popeye are the stories about the on-set excess in Easy Riders, Raging Bulls.
Frank Miller's The Truman Show.
Years of insightful therapy would have made a really fucking entertaining movie. Unless it was set to Push It To The Limit.
Now that Affleck's career has bounced back (Alan Partridge style) is it acceptable to just come out and say Good Will Hunting is a fucking good movie? Because it is.
What? No!
Four Brothers but no Boogie Nights? Are you having a laugh? Is he having a laugh? He's not come close to anything like the coke deal scene since, great performance.
Cutter's Way takes some beating.
My interpretation of Michael Clayton was that he had brought down the house of cards and with his expertise was probably just going to disappear.
How could anyone construe that ending as uplifting???
If you don't cry at the end of Blackadder you have no soul.
When I first read Brighton Rock I was about 13 and had never come across anything as bleak as the image of the girl defiantly rejecting her family to listen to that record… fantastic ending.
Man, Ronnie's ending bummed me out for weeks.
