Not sure why I'm always hearing this. Prince made at least 4 other great albums in the 90's (Don't care how he felt about The Black Album), so why do people seem to unconsciously recite this line about the 90's being a dry spell for him?

This was a really great listen. I was afraid the production would be a little too reverent and not give his voice much to work with but the sparseness was pretty complementary.

Curren$y must be an A&R's worse nightmare. Makes crossover tunes but refuses to crossover. Just as long as he keeps delivering, I have no problem with how comfortably stagnant his careers been.
