Everyone, including Pope, underestimates the Sons.  Apparently SAMCRO can't be killed in shootouts.  Not a single Son has been killed in an onscreen shootout, and there have been many shootouts over the years.  Kozik was killed by a mine, but other than that nothing.

"I realize there's a club protocol to follow, but now that pretty much everyone knows that Clay is behind every bit of treachery, do you really need some birth certificates or whatever to Justify axing him?"

The preview for next week shows Jax saying to Bobby "You made a deal with him?  Behind my back?"  Either during that question or right after it they showed Clay riding his bike, so I assume they were connecting the question to him (or at least want us to think that).  I guess Bobby had some kind of idea to squash the

It has been argued elsewhere persuasively, at least to me, that Opie was closer to Ophelia  This isn't a 1-for-1 adaptation so it's hard to make assumptions based on Hamlet.  That being said, there is something to your point of view.  I guess we'll see.

I think Piney would have given him shit about it in a borderline good-natured way but I doubt a single Son would have voted to enforce the rule and kick Juice out.  Juice played himself.
