I disagree.  I will submit that a lot of people agree with your point of view.  I've seen countless posts where people have remarked that they thought it was unrealistic that the club was racist and therefore would not have revoked Juice's membership.

Juice doesn't have the balls and Clay knows he breaks under pressure (snitch, attempted suicide, spilling his guts to Clay without a fight, etc.).  Clay takes chances and makes a lot of mistakes but this one is just too obvious, even for him. Juice is total failure as a SAMCRO member.  No way he is sent to kill Jax.

It's not about sufficient evidence.  Jax is stalling.  Jax knows the club isn't out from under the RICO threat yet and if Clay goes away, the whole thing falls apart.
