When I watched it again I noticed that she yells "Get out of my house!" before she shoots her shotgun.  I'm sticking with her being the wife.

On second watch, this is undoubtedly true.  Tig looks at Jax after Bobby says "This one's a problem."  Jax clearly looks at Tig and nods.  Tig shoots her and looks at Jax for approval again and once again, Jax gives it.  It all happens pretty quick but it's all there, no assumptions necessary.

I don't think it's his race or his legitimate business dealings.  I think it's the menace and the reality (or in some cases illusion, maybe) of having this very long, and very deadly, reach.  I think it's also this sort of seemingly mild mannered, under the surface menacing that is present in both actors' portrayals.

You don't find the characters/roles Luis, Romeo or Pope to be cast well, compelling and well written?  I think they're pretty good.

I think it's a good point.  Gus Fring was interesting and I find Pope to be evolving into a very interesting character.  I like how he (though somewhat condescendingly at times) has taken Jax under his wing and is doling out advice on tactics and even survival.

I know you're irritated with me, but I just wanted to mention, SOA is really good about keeping up the healing/scarring of injuries.  Bruises fade slowly and change colors instead of just disappearing and Jax actually still has a scar on his arm from where he cut himself with the axe in season 3.

Yep, and the nurse was finishing taking all the tubes and sensors off/out of her before she said "I'm very sorry."  It was fairly clear she had passed away.

Zobelle's daughter is HOT, just ask Juice.  I wonder if they're still together.  In the audio commentary in season 4, SOA cast members were jokingly calling her Mrs. Rossi.

Do you think Tara is going to come up with some devious plan to kill off Otto?  I wonder what else she can do at this point.  I think it was pretty clear that he threatened to harm her if she tried to visit him again, a shortsighted (no pun intended) move on Otto's part.

I wondered about that.  I don't know.
