The health inspector episode was pretty dark all around.

I think I feel similarly about the new Spongebob episodes as I do about the new Futurama ones. Things got a little too manic and the jokes just didn't seem to flow as effortlessly as they did before. But I do think Futurama had less of a drop in quality.

I was watching that episode once and the lights started to flicker and I freaked the fuck out.

A big part of what makes Spongebob awesome is the ridiculous faces the characters make, and this is one of them.

The one that always sticks out to me is the one where Spongebob gets "normal," just because it's so goddamn weird.

The one that always scared me was Wormy with the close-up shot of the butterfly.
