The spacing/punctuation around the Rs means that it would be pretty easy to have a number of "GRRM" accounts.

I know he means that this is replacing the Tickler scene, but the implication is that we're not getting that scene, and I'm fairly sure we WILL get that scene next season (with Polliver instead of the Tickler). He seems to be lamenting its absence… but it's just been pushed back.

"I loved that Arya scene as a self-contained unit, but it’s basically an
homage to a moment in the book that couldn’t be done because the
character she killed in that scene is already dead in the world of the
series. So while it’s a good scene in and of itself—and Maisie Williams

The fact that Dexter gets a mention over Game of Thrones in terms of anticipated television wounds me.

Well, she said "faith", and it's inappropriate to approach a faith-based argument on grounds of pure logic. She's entitled to her religious beliefs!

Some people have higher standards for "faith in humanity" than "every person in the world isn't horrible." Some people might expect horrible people to be a tiny exception and not the general rule - which in some contexts they certainly do appear to be, regardless of the amazing things accomplished by a distinct few.

How is isjoe10 "taking everything literally"? Did he interpret "fuck off" to mean "go have sex away from me" or something like that? I don't think the word "literally" means what you think it means. Which is ironic, since you (defenestrator) are the one taking isjoe10 too literally when you suggest that his "because"

He didn't even say he didn't like the job. He just said the work didn't mean anything to him personally. He went in, did some voice work, but wasn't especially invested in the artistic process. I really don't see the big deal with what Weaving said.

The word in the section you quoted is "expected". You replaced that with "obscure". In this context, those two words mean almost opposite things. The review isn't suggesting they're obscure; it's acknowledging them as tropes. You should probably try reading before you criticize next time. :S
