"Help me, Barry!"
"Nah mate, I'd rather just stand here like a right lemon. Besides, you did actually bring this on yourself."
"But everything I know, I learned from yooooouuuuu—" *portal closes*

"OH MY GOD, RICK IS BEING DEVOURED BY—"
"Hi. I pulled a Glenn and now everything's aces."
"So what were they eating? I only saw you—"
"Ssshhh. Don't worry about it."

Michael Kupperman's come up with tons of ads in his Tales Designed To Thrizzle for fantastic fake comics/magazines - Mentally Ill Gangsters is a particular favourite!

I didn't like how CW this episode got with all the kissing and smooshing couples together (although it kind of made sense, given they're teens and their respective situations), but still…

His mum's a werewolf!

I'm starting to suspect Diggle's superpower is 'grossly misinterpreting a person's defining characteristics'.

Have a banana! It's THE FLASH: FOR GRODD'S SAKE WEAR SOME PANTS edition! I'll keep it BRIEF. Haaa clothes pun.

I liked that Mon El, the typically goofy lunk, was the only one with any common sense. "It's all a bit convenient." Yes. Yes it is. I didn't like the repetition of trust issues so soon after the Lena episode, though. DON'T THESE PEOPLE LEARN ANYTHING? Supergirl's coming down with a serious case of the Barry Allens.

SMIRKS. SMIRKS EVERYWHERE. Eugene smirked, by my count, 215 times. Dwight smirked approximately 150 times. WHAT DO THEY KNOW THAT WE DO NOT? Rhetorical! Because everyone knows that when a character on telly smirks after doing something, it's because they're knowingly acknowledging their behaviour. LONG CON LONG CON

That's a cracking idea!

I loved that cartoon!
"Oh no, we're doing 100mph and I just spilled my bottle of ice cold water on my seat, Turbo Teen!"
The car changes into a 100mph teen and hilarity ensues.

Spin-off, in which the various Lantern Corps race each other in themed vehicles: 2 Fast 2 Thoom

Jackie's walk-by "You're dating a henchman" was the best bit for me. Although everything with Van in that cheap-looking-but-somehow-still-impressive Robin costume was pretty good. I'd like to see this show embrace that kind of goofiness as it continues, and I quite like the idea that the cast may never get to see a

How many times does Curtis need to get his arse kicked before he decides to supplement his so-so fighting skills with his actual genius technology skills? By this point I'm convinced Oliver realises Curtis shouldn't be out in the field but lets him tag along because he [Oliver] finds it funny to watch the poor guy get

That was definitely my favourite ending of any LOT episode yet! Rip's "Gideon…" and her reply gave me chills. I also wondered if they get around to trying to fix his brain, how will they know he's okay and not just pretending? I'm really enjoying Evil Rip - he has a certain arrogant menace that really works.

Have a banana! It's THE FLASH: GO APE EDITION! That was a cracking episode; not high art or faultless, but solid comic book television.

Ahh! Nice!

I've never met a [Super]girl like you before, ER ER ER ER, ERER-ER. It's SUPERGIRL: ORANGE JUICE EDITION!

Please let Jerry have a rousing hero moment in the coming battle with the Saviours. MAKE IT SO, WRITERS!

FINALLY got round to finishing this and I don't regret a single seconds of it. Vince's "Ah ha, you cheating shits! I've figured you out!" speech was clearly his follow-up to that ace speech before he mutilated Eddie, and it was just as tense and mesmerising.
