What really helped with my enjoyment with this episode (and last week's) was the emotional investment. Everybody has or had something worth losing and Prometheus is a pretty smart way to acknowledge this without resorting to clumsy exposition or throwing some cheesy c-grade villain at them *cough Cyborg Queen cough*

Honestly, I completely forgot about Black Siren. How mental would it be if Prometheus knows about the multiverse and how to access it?

You know, between this and SHIELD, it's been a cracking year for 'shows that got real dicey at one point' to blossom into these marvelous examples of how intelligent comic book shows can be.

This week, she did a little bit of investigative journalism on the magic stone! After Barry had already done most of the legwork.

Maybe they've been putting it off because Iris is terrified Barry will cause so much superspeed friction he sets her on fire.
