I like a lot of the theories bouncing around, though after this episode I'm 90% certain William isn't the MIB, since the MIB first meets Maeve when she's a homesteader (which is established as being in the past, compared to the Maeve we spend the most time with) whereas I'm almost certain William first meets Maeve as

Was Gregory always this, erm, twitchy? I like it! He seems to have some sort of brain/memory disease - unless he just does not give a shit about lady's names. I think I would like to see a supergroup of settlement leaders comprised of him, The King and Rick, who embark on wacky spin-off adventures.

We were all thinking it haha

Agreed! I thought "That shot needs printing out and sticking EVERYWHERE."

As much as I appreciate the gore in this show, I really like the more creative effects they put in - case in point this week: how the text flowed down Pablo's arms into Baal's ruined face!

All I've been able to do since the end of this episode is fall to my knees and shout "PPPAAAABBBLLLOOOOOOOO!!!!" every few minutes. If he stays dead, I fear I'll wear my knees out.

Sara should call him out on that. "You could have just made YOURSELF a different suit, Ray!"

Mmmm, boozy omelette!

Haha! He's like a more sciencey Macguyver!

See, when you put it that way I can buy it. I guess it's just the tonal shift felt a tad clunky, like we had wisecracking gruff Mick suddenly turn into conflicted criminal Mick. Which I guess he's always been, but..ahh maybe I was just been grumpy haha

Which leads to a tension-filled episode in which the team deal with a new chef-themed villain, and Sara HAS to fry an egg or she dies! :O

I hope we find out it's something really mundane like "make an omelette" haha

Oh, nice idea!

I would definitely watch a spin-off where they act as Wild West bounty hunters, but who look good whilst doing it. I hope that's not sexist.

"Have you two stopped bro-ing out"

This episode felt far more familiar than last week's time period retread, plus I don't quite buy Mick having a weird crisis at this point - if he was considered an animal towards the end of last season, sure okay, but he's already proven himself on every level this season. When he said to Turnbull "I don't have any

Regards Oliver opening up to the reporter lady, I initially thought "What an idiot" too, but then I started to wonder - what if he's playing her? We already know how good he can be at duplicity, so I bet he's acting all chummy with her to see if she inadvertently drops her guard/underestimates him.

I paid proper attention to this mask this week - it actually looks to be raised from his skin yet I can't tell where/how it merges with his eyes. It's astounding makeup/costuming.

I completely agree. Flash has always been more fun, and there's still that element to it, but I think giving Oliver an actual team of trainee heroes has been a pretty smart way to make observations about his/the series missteps in an organic manner.

I thought that awesome. If the show allowed it, I bet Vigilante would have shouted something like "I don't give a ffuuuccckkk" as he did it. The ends satisfy the means with this guy.
