Cut out the dull Danny Politik and the Dwarf on a boat and you've made those two books into one.

He's having a crisis of faith which has opened his mind up after being shocked out of the cloister. Everything he knew was blown open in a day, that's quite a shock to the system.

“They put their faces against their asses… as a sign of disrespect.”
Was good of him to add that clarification on the end. I wasn't entirely sure it was meant to be disrespectful. I may have mistaken putting their heads up their asses as a sign of reverence. /sarcasm.

The reaction talk show is a great idea and I think talking dead works well… but where it fails miserably is that it offers zero criticism.

I was actually surprised they avoided giving us a shocker.

I think so.

Seriously! STOP naming the cars if you're that clueless… first mistaking a Fiat 500 for a Beetle and now an Isetta for a smart for two?

I don't know… Choosing Roose over his other banner-men to field marshal half his host and hold Tywin below the neck seems like he's more of a trusted asset to Robb than having him follow him around on his river land adventures.

They sure made it look like she opened the connecting chain.
IIRC the other end of the cuff was what was attaching her to the chair, and when she got up she only had one bracelet on her wrist without the other one dangling.

but imagine how awesome and buddy comedy "The Bronn Show" would be.

The biggest misstep of the show is how badly they've handled Harrenhal in general.
Some of the most powerful story telling about the horrors of war happen there, and it was all twisted and/or cut in the show. That scene with Robb and Roose (who really wtf? why are they even still together? who's been guarding the Neck

I thought the same, but as Fassbot points out the Littlefinger on the show has always been much more up-front with his evil. Which works fine on screen since he doesn't get much screen-time they need to be a bit more in our face that he's not a good person.

Yes, and it also serves as an interesting point of how generations go by and we get complicit and forget our history. Even if everyone loses belief in the magical creatures behind the wall, they're ancestors did build a 7-story 100-league wall to keep the realm safe from a threat greater than some free folk. Not

Can you open a pair of hardened steel police cuffs with some pliers?

the prisoner that Rick locked outside and expected the biters to kill… he triggered the alarms and let in zombies which was the attack that killed Lori.

Yeah, I'm OK with Merle's turning… they've established that pretty early on they go quickly (like when Andrea had to do her sister). Pretty standard for zombie cannon.
It's not like Merle was all necrotic and rotting, he did look pretty "fresh kill".

I think pretty much every female character has said that the z-men are the real threat and the testosterone turf war is pointless. Even Andrea tried to mother the boys into playing nice.

I like the Merle managed to find the only tasteful Donk in the apocalypse, and it happened to have a Motorhead disc in the dash… but there's a big continuity fail with the car.

Good for this season of Family Guy… by that I mean I didn't turn it off half way through like last week's steaming pile. Though it's still teetering on the edge of being bumped from the DVR lineup.
