The first concert I ever went to without parental supervision was The Cult on the Sonic Temple tour. Great show. It was one of the last with Matt Sorum on drums before he left to replace Steven Adler in GN'R. Jason Bonham's terrible band opened the show.

China Beach, perhaps, in the future? Some good stand alone episodes (The Unquiet Earth, Tet '68, Where the Boys Are, sort of, come to mind.) Without a DVD release, it's really one of the great TV dramas that no one gets to see.
