Ugh, I believe Curse of the Black Spot was one of those episodes that got shuffled around the season, just like Night Terrors (the one with the stupid wheezy kid).  I think that's why Rory and Amy don't mention anything about how they are dealing with a case about a sad kid when their own kid has just been kidnapped…

From interviews, it seems that Olyphant is well aware of the imbalance, and uses his EP status to try and get them into episodes.  They _are_ starring roles, after all.

Saw Super 8 on Netflix, then finished Max Payne 3.  They were both not nearly as good as I was hoping, one more than the other, but at least Super 8 was over in two hours.
