Oh, she was in Mailer Daemon. That's neat. Apparently that means I saw her do improv live, like 10 years ago.

I know! That's what I heard!
I just spend too much money on comics that I have to make snap decisions like that. I'm still kicking myself for not picking up Vision based on "Do I care about The Vision living in suburbia?"
I haven't picked it up because although I love the characters together, I was put-off by the art. It's too late now!
"but they also crib from Wedding Crashers to the extent that the Stangles refer to the movie, and a specific plot point, directly."
Weirdly enough, same with the Amalgam comics character: http://static3.comicvine.co…
I think I'm a sucker for those fawning, flowery celebrity profiles tha tmost people hate. But thought this was good: http://www.esquire.com/ente…
Wait, there's something wrong with Joaquin Phoenix and Father John Misty?
Who was that?
A 30th Anniversary edition published about 8 years ago or so. It's actually recolored by the original artist (Brian Bolland). Apparently he never liked the more surreal look that the original colorist (John Higgins) had done.
Maybe the animators of the original version were going off the wrong edition of the book?

I, for one, would support any ho who sued a pimp for harassment.
But then there won't be a news outlet to erroneously point out it was extremist Musli…. oh wait! I see what you're getting at!
As a man, I can tell you it's actually Jason Statham.
Yea, on one hand, women should be afforded the same respect as men in the workplace! On the other hand, I've been “refusing to accept and treat her as an intelligent and insightful female journalist" for years now.
I think the real triumph is that it managed to have that ultra corny tone of Army of Darkness, but still manage to be laugh-out-loud funny. My main worry was that it would try too hard to be edgy (or maybe even, not hard enough and stick to dad humor or something). But it was kind of perfect.
I'm excited also because the first season ended so brilliantly. It'll be interesting to see how they get him to return to "the call"
Holy shit! How did I not hear about his death?!
Hahah how old is she?
They make an Iron Maiden joke in the comic actually. Not sure where she will net though.
