Also, I'm a kickass mechanical bull rider.

I'm gonna make a Xerox of this comment it's so good.

Here's how I pronounce it….

Oh don't worry. My "prequels sucked" comments have come from much thoughtful deliberation.

I know a bunch of people (all under 22 or so) who are really into the prequels. Totally didn't know those people existed until recently, but I guess it makes sense given their ages. Anyway, they're already worried that the new Star Wars films are going to be unnecessary and fan-servicey. Which obviously like, come

Yea, that's my big sticking point to these ring theorists that are all over my Twitter feed (I have one very vocal friend of a friend in there), is that it doesn't make the movies GOOD.

God, I love Jack Frost

Won't happen since his most important collaborator (and I'd argue, the true genius behind his films) Eiko Ishioka is now no longer with us. He's still a great visual stylist, but virtually everything he's praised for is hers.

*Googles "Chris Stuckmann Lady in the Water" in anticipation of reading a well-thought out and interesting article about Bob Balaban's role in the movie*
*Sees it's a video*
*Doesn't watch, goes on believing he's a dumb character*

Also, the clunky "foreshadowing" of the line where he notices that the aliens aren't appearing in areas near water.

I was just thinking the other day about how that scene's the only good part of Men in Black 2

Yea, see the ship-building fight in Sherlock Holmes, the whole final train sequence in The Lone Ranger, anything with Jackie Chan, or anything by Buster Keaton (who obviously is the influence for all of that) to show that just because it's funny doesn't mean it shouldn't be filmed like an action scene.

Because you hate thinly veiled racism?

Tony Amos waits patiently by his phone.

Well that would mean I'd actually have to pay attention to the video when I watched it.

The best use of "In the Hall of the Mountain King" from the Peer Gynt Suite is still the Needful Things trailer. Mainly because it has the balls to play almost the whole thing and really get the full effect of both the crescendo and the accelerando. But also because it really fits the dark comedy of that movie.

Man, I want to pedantically point out that "parody videos" are not the same as "supercuts", but that makes me seem like I'm defending the integrity of supercuts… which I can assure you I'm not.

Did a little research, it definitely seems like his parents were… so he's got that going for him.

Whoa, Jackie Chan's Australian?

As played by Colin Farrell
