Village Roadshow: "Hey, Frank Welker was busy… wanna do sound design on these weird vampire things in I Am Legend?"
Mike Patton "That's neat. Where's the catering table?"

Are you at all implying that Blade 2 is a shit film? CUZ I'LL FUCKING CUT YOU!

I just started The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul which I just realized was actually the second Dirk Gently book instead of the first (my dirty friend who lent it to me is a liar!!)
Anywho, got a similar tone to Hitchhiker but a bit more narrative thrust. It's a good read so far.

After writing that comment I showed the video to my friend who's a stand-up and was hanging out with Godfrey when it happened. His response "That's not how it happened, just because I've never seen Kevin Hart act that calmly."

Imagine the most cringe-inducing stand-up set you can. Anyone could get away with probably being worse. I would practice at home to get your cadence and inflection down, because that's not something you want to worry about when you're on stage (even if you're a fantastic public speaker, it's surprisingly easy to get

There's a lot of anti-comedy out there for beginners because it's easy. You'd be more unique if you actually tried to be funny.

Yo, no joke. Godfrey approached Kevin Hart at the Comedy Cellar… was like "Hey, it's me Godfrey. We did Soul Plane together!" and Kevin Hart reacted roughly the same way.

Holy shit. That convoluted set-up was totally worth the punny pay-off.

Aw that's a shame. I really enjoy that one.

Yea, I don't even know how to reply to that.

For real though? Probably Drunk History

I haven't watched Comedy Central in awhile, but my votes are for:
Short Attention Span Theater
Mystery Science Theatre 3000
Exit 57

What flavor ice cream?

What!? You can't detonate the "Everyone has different opinions" bomb! You're the one who first implied that there was an objective truth concerning Comedy Central's best shows!!

That's weird since Broad City and Key & Peele are clearly two of their best shows.

Hey, you seem knowledgeable and fairly ambivalent about the whole thing… do you think the Jack Cardiff's, Roger Deakins', Janusz Kaminski's, and Gregg Toland's of the future are going to be colorists and other post-production effects people? Or in a more pointed way, when do you think we'll reach THAT level of
