In my opinion, RotS didn't dwell enough on Anakin getting his limbs sliced off and then catching fire after falling down near the lava. All three limbs at once? Really? It would have been a service to everyone for him to be taken apart, Black Knight in the Holy Grail-style, all the while being on fire.

I like the songs created for episodes of 30 Rock. "Werewolf Bar Mitzvah" and "It's Never Too Late for Now" stick in my head like crazy-glue.

So… is this series basically adapting the premise of that trilogy I read way, way back in the day about the Tripods? I think the first book was "The White Mountains" or something. I have to imagine the initial publisher was leery of libel claims. The parties involved will probably (wisely) leave this one alone to fester in obscurity.

@ Lemur: Favorite Stephen line ever has to be his description of Mrs. Williams to Sir Joseph in the first or second chapter of "H.M.S. Surprise." Another favorite Stephen line: "We're all Stoics in the grave." I've reread the series at least four times.

Wow - this is a pretty heady readership. I would have expected a lot more "Lord of the Rings" out of this crowd, which I've probably read 4 times, and a lot less "Lolita", which I liked, but only made it through once on account of how I felt after reading it - a little dirty.
