Possibly, I have a theory that the hospital is purgatory and they're all dead. How could all those people survive the bomb threats/two mass shootings/an earthquake/a mudslide/a lion attack/icicle attacks? The residents were about to go to other hospitals, but they're stopped by a plane crash.
