Chris and Ben are definitely better than Mark, but I'd disagree the show doesn't begin until their involvement. There was plenty to love in season 2.

The writers probably didn't see too much need to sell the audience on how they should feel about self-aware holograms because there'd been one as one of the main characters on Voyager for several years at this point.

Disappointed Happy Endings didn't make the cut. It seems like the AV club was one of the few places it received the love it deserved.

It's always slander in Philadelphia

Hantz has a new nickname!

I didn't watch the promos but I knew something was up just because of how early in the episode the immunity challenge began.

What was the criteria for making this list? For the most part, it seems like you were trying to avoid obvious choices and pick shows readers might not have seen but then the list also includes major shows like Cheers and The X Files? Just seems a little strange.

Uh, what? Buffy season five is one of that show's best!

There are really people who care about the Schmidt/Cece relationship? Man, it took me all of two episodes to like Elizabeth more than Cece. And then Schmidt cheated on both of them, and who honestly cares now?

Can they just kill Mrs. Wolowitz off already? Or never visit her home again? Please? The joke with her hasn't gotten stale. It was never funny. And yet…..the writers continue to think it is.

No, they weren't all happy days. Like the time Pinky Tuscadero crashed her motorcycle, or the night I lost all my money to those card sharks and my dad, Tom Bosley, had to get it back.

Modern Family has been in a creative rut since like episode 7.

Little weird that so many people are speculating on what Coach being there may indicate about Winston's place, when the more obvious question should be what it means for Cece's future with this show. Hannah Simone is also a regular, and while she always had the smallest part of any of the regulars, has she even gotten

Now we just need Ghostbusters 3 to finally get made so we'll have our George W. Bush. Shudder.

I'm still disappointed JJ Abrams didn't name Star Trek XII So Very Tired.

"I'd put him up there with Walter White"

They must have all been relieved to have made the merge. After all, no one wants to date someone who doesn't make the merge (sorry about the upcoming divorce, Laura B.)

I don't know about the filling a quota thing. Morris read for Coach initially anyway so he was pretty much a top contender for a replacement as soon as it became obvious Wayans would be unavailable.

You can hate that, but you should at least be a little disappointed with yourself for ever believing that for a moment. The first episode has a guy torn out of a plane by a smoke monster. There was never going to be any logical, scientific explanations for the crazy shit on LOST.
