I'd relive being 8 and seeing Return of the Jedi for the first time during its opening weekend. The 38 year old me would rather go see the Replacements live in 1983.

Well, I think it was more common then since not many households had VCRs and fewer children's programming on TV. I saw Star Wars when I was 3, and I know that wasn't the first movie I saw in the theatre; my mom took me to plenty of Disney movies previously; I was a good viewer.
The trailer makes it look like a The Strangers rip off or sequel. I did not know that Wingard directed this. I really liked A Horrible Way to Die, liked Pop Skull and Home Sickness, and his segments were highlights on VHS & ABCs of Death, so yeah I'm going to check this one out.
Since AA gave an A, now is he only A. Dowd?
Yeah, thanks Sean, you're the bestest.
Other underappreciated movies (even more so since they are not on this list) from 1983:
Zeder aka Revenge of the Dead
Eyes of Fire
Pieces
When you're 7, kids are kids, and most kids your age are your friends, even though they might not resonate 30 years concerning their gender, or I made the story up and would've gotten away with it if it wasn't for blah, blah
it was thirty years ago
I saw this as kid a couple of times, and I remember there was a friend who would refuse to watch is episode because he/she (don't remember the gender) found it too disturbing.
no, I am now the latest, Holy Shit
Hey, I had a t-shirt w/ Dreadstar in his tights costume. I loved Dreadstar. Dreadstar taking the chain to Z still gives me chills.
just wanted to add The Smell of Female by The Cramps
Maybe, it doesn't fall under the under appreciated category. so vague.
Didn't watch this; I'm only in season three where episode recaps would only net 300 comments. Many season one eps had around 100 augmented by people from the future.
Tommy says so
Thread Subject: Lena Dunham in a bikini and go…………
dawesterity, I'm a month behind you in viewing this, but just think these 2010 assholes would not understand the significance of your user name
I've alway's wanted to see this, but also always gets this mixed up with the couple of versions of They Drive By Night.
It's nice to see Todd's acknowledgment that Phil's Futurama list was a travesty. Besides JB, no Devil's Hand? Really?
I've just started watching Breaking Bad on netflix this past weekend. I just started season 3. I would be further, but…all these family obligations, I feel the need to use some Walt lies.
