Considering Staley was dead about a week or so before anyone discovered him, I'm going to take a wild guess that looking out for her son's best interests wasn't as much of a priority when he was still alive as it is now.

I saw Iron Man 3 and The Great Gatsby, and liked them both just fine. I don't know why there has to be some sort of bullshit "either/or" thing with them, to the point where Gatsby was offered up as the "ladies' alternative" to Iron Man.

The thought process behind choosing what shows get picked up is baffling.

Busy weekend in Sporksville. Friday I stood in line for nearly two hours to get a book signed by David Sedaris. It was worth the wait, though, as he is absolutely lovely and makes genuine conversation with everyone. He was very kind and patient with me as my social anxiety reared its ugly head.

Gonna have the change the name of this website to The MM Club.

Was just coming in to mention that Isaak's cover is pretty great too.

And straight to DVD/On Demand we go!

Well, at least he didn't pick from low hanging fruit, like "Mambo #5."

The "internet trolls" sequence is really where the show kind of lost me. It was very lazy writing, and reminded me of the plot of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

Nah, Dr. Oz's pet obsession is weight loss, I can see him reviving that celebrity fat camp show VH1 used to do.
