Which is a character thread that continues through Remembrance of the Daleks and has its climax in The Waters of Mars.

Was anyone quick enough to read the signs Tom Lenk was holding up in one of the monitors near the end? I wasn't.
Yeah, I don't think I hate it either. But it's definitely a low point, especially between Bows and Arrows and You & Me. I rarely listen to it. I think I even like their take on Pussy Cats more.
A Hundred Miles Off is… no, it kind of sucks.
He's the Doctor, as played by Matt Smith.
When Barenaked Ladies were able to get over how clever they were, they could write some good songs. "Am I the Only One" is probably my favorite, but "Shoe Box" and "Aluminum" and "It's All Been Done" are all top-notch pop songs. Plus, they could be fucking dark - listen to "I Live With It Every Day," or "I'll Be That…
I've always thought "King of Oak Street" was a lovely song.
I'll take Cube's work all the way through Lethal Injection, which I liked a lot. I even thought some of War and Peace was pretty good. His cozy image now shouldn't invalidate that string of records, one of the best multi-album runs in rap history.
It was Devil's Due, originally through Image in 2002 and then on their own in 2004. Something like a dozen issues.
DUGGAN: "You know what I don't understand?"
ROMANA: "I expect so."
The best album of the year, in my humble opinion, is by a Texas band called Quiet Company. Here, listen: http://quietcompany.bandcam…
It's probably been mentioned a hundred times already in this thread, and I don't have time to read it all, but this is the greatest TV theme song ever, in all of its incarnations. http://www.youtube.com/watc…
Now, come on. This is awful, but it's way better than Loutallica. And it gets bonus points for not being 90 goddamn minutes long.
OK, I see this is a common theory. Please ignore me - I watched all four episodes tonight for the first time.
Does anyone else think that Professor Gellar is to Travis what Harry is to Dexter? Meaning, a mentor that exists only in Travis' head? I've noticed none of the characters Gellar and Travis come in contact with seem to notice Gellar, and he seems to serve the Harry role, of moral compass (yet in a much darker way).…
Terrific response. I appreciate the intelligent, informed debate.
Wow. What about them turned you off?
How about Jellyfish? Two perfect pop albums, both of which are still talked about in reverent tones by music geeks everywhere.
Yeah, they'll never be famous, but the music on New Way Out is really good. A far cry from the ska-metal-pop they used to play.
Here's one: Suddenly Tammy. Imagine Ben Folds Five, led by a strong female singer, playing Letters to Cleo-style indie pop. Their album We Get There When We Do has been a favorite since it was released… holy hell, 16 years ago. Listen: http://www.youtube.com/watc…
