@avclub-94e005c18b383d12a8924d5d1367610d:disqus Oh shoot. Didn't read the review as I don't want to color my expectations, so big shame on me. I was basing that off the stuff they've written about it before. I think Tobias said it.

The book is excellent. I know they're obviously pushing the adaptation to the Twilight crowd, but it's not even close to how stupid that material is. I'm actually sad that the AVC seems to be buying that it's tailored for that audience, I didn't get that reading the book at all.

I, too, have genitals on my stomach.

He knows.

@avclub-2c30752f98bb64a41d64bf2c23177614:disqus Oh, but that bassline. Yummy.

The ignorance of this comment is staggering.

Ooooo hahaha. Nice. It's ridiculous to get hung up on.

And hilarious as FUCK.

I love this show. Caught up last summer. I thought the recently aired Series 8 was just as funny as it's always been, but reading some UK TV blog comments shows most people didn't feel that way.

I feel like anyone who raves about BB and The Wire is smart enough to laugh WITH the joke. We're not being insulted, we're being nudged.

Cool.

I can guarantee that a cartoon show that specializes in wacky, rapid-fire jokes is not jealous of Breaking Bad. That makes no sense.

As someone who works with music and commercials, believe me, we're always trying to NOT rip stuff off. It's the client side. "Hey, this doesn't threaten me because it sounds familiar. Let's do that!"

@WrongSirWrong:disqus Correct.
