The Iron Price Wheel

Hoo boy, that's definitely has been a problem with the local philharmonic. That tenure makes it much harder to replace the old/dead wood too.

Orchestra gigs are really kinda like that though. Jobs are so rare, and steady paying gigs (in a tenured position!) are so desirable to classical musicians, the jobs are practically pried out of players' cold dead fingers.

He's got that in common with George Washington.

NO INCEST

That's why he got OSHA to bathe!

I disagree.

No planes! NEVER planes!

I think it was a declaration of old-school chivalrous love, not so much romantic love.

Hiss with me, sisters!

That would be still head and shoulders better than what became of Peter's flying effects in the last season of the original run of Heroes.

And how about Tina Belcher's egregious thigh gap? Huh? Huh?

Is it like when Moe was subbing during the teachers strike and thought the kids were laughing at his big ears? Or Mr. Burns giving Mattingly flak for his sideburns?

Record machine? All these years I thought DLR was singing that he's got his back against the wrecking machine! Why didn't somebody tell me? Oh, I've been making an idiot out of myself!

But where does one even obtain a dire wolf to behead? I thought those things were so rare as to be widely understood to be extinct.

Australians have such a beautiful language.

I remember listening to an interview with the band where Rob related a story about them discovering "bent" also meant "gay" in Australia and here are these posters everywhere with pictures of them with the word "BENT".

I remember first hearing that 80s car chase guitar intro to Bent and wondering what the hell I was listening to. I was so disappointed at the time because it was such a departure from their huge Yourself or Someone Like You stuff.

Oh, extremely uncool music from the late-90s:

I remember getting my dad's fancy tape deck ready to record at least a couple premieres off the radio. I was serious about that stuff too, biasing the tape and everything.
