Rustlers' Rhapsody, a self-aware western (in order to defeat Tom Berenger's good-guy gunslinger, the villain hires a gunslinger with better good-guy credentials) that was absolutely spot-on. That said, I've not seen it for years, so it may turn out to just be awesome in my head.
