Possibly, but only when the show is re-tooled into being a Wipeout-esque game show.

I used to be a part of the Loveline sharing community (record new episodes, track down old episodes, get it all organized, blah blah blah). One of the guys I was fairly good friends with was able to procure several taped copies of the MTV show. None of them were complete and had a lot of awkward cuts (as was wont to…
I just want the Halloween episode. Hell, I want a collection of Halloween episodes of all early-to-mid 90s Nickelodeon shows.
"This one…is in the shape…of a turkey!"
I'm a little surprised that no one has mentioned DVDs for Malcolm in the Middle. I guess it's just too easily available in syndication and downloads to really consider it. But only the first season was given a DVD release in the US because, god damn, did that show license a lot of music.
I have a similar tale. Back when I was heavily into concert taping and downloading shows like crazy I happened across a random show that was labeled under the surf rock category. It was a band called Death Valley from Austin, TX. Never heard of them, but I figured what the hey if I don't like it I'll just delete it. I…
Now I'm NOT saying that there is an unlicensed collection floating about the intersphere under the name "Beavis and Butthead - The Complete KingTurd Collection V2" that is 76 GB in size and features rather nice DVD menus considering the content, but all those words I just typed sure do make you think.
That's a good call. Soviet cinema is riddled with genius work that will never likely surface. We're lucky that we even got I Am Cuba.
Yuliya Solntseva (Aleksandr Dovzhenko's wife) directed some 70mm movies that were supposed to be really damn good, especially The Enchanted Desna, a mid 60s fantasy film. Unfortunately it seems like it's lost to time and unlikely to ever be seen by these eyes.
OH GOD, YES!
A good home version of The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm. I used to watch a version that my parents taped off the TV in the late 80s/early 90s, but I think that's long gone. I downloaded a version that was run from TCM, but the aspect ratio does no justice whatsoever to the original presentation. Damn you,…
I've actually worked with Kaustik multiple times. They're still around.
I never do this, but happy 1000th post!
"because so many of our commenters are thoughtless and cruel, or at least they have that rep among comedians in particular"
Live sound engineer and horse racing TV technical director, both jobs that occur primarily in the evening/nighttime. Neither job put me anywhere near a computer, sadly.
"But I have no skills or qualifications of any kind so…here I am!"
@avclub-9c33ea7188cb0fc5d524f4ad1e8d8fc5:disqus , if it's alright with you I would like to make you my own personal folk anti-hero.
In high school some outside company offered a "Find Your Compatible Mate In Your School" survey to the students. Fill out all the info about yourself and then for $5 each you'd get a ranking for people in your class as well as everyone in the school. I paid for both. My highest match was ~20% compatibility.
Oh God, Cindy Margolis, "the most downloaded woman on the internet". There's a name I never thought I'd stumble across again.

While we're on the Melvins, Lysol's 'Hung Bunny' into 'Roman Dog Bird' does some good things for me.
