Bureau of Land Management?
Bureau of Land Management?
Wow. I had no idea when I made the comparison. Actually makes me like them a bit.
So far, everything I've known about this band began and ended with that name. I thought it was a Metalocalypse reference, until someone pointed out that, no, Murderface's side project is "Planet Piss".
There are not enough good things to say about the movie FREAKED! It's unfortunate that it is so hard to track down on streaming services. "hmmm… Styrofoam cup."
I thought it was pretty good, you are not alone sir/madame.
YAASSSS!!! This was truly the only re-boot in recent memory that hasn't been a major disappointment. In fact, it felt like regular old Mr. Show - in the best way imaginable!
Maria Bamford has elevated her standup to high art. It's more of a high concept one-woman show when she's on stage; not for everyone, but if you can keep up?… Oh Nelly!
Exclusive script outtake:
Construction Foreman #2: But Widow Winchester… You can't build a staircase that simply leads into the ceiling! Have you gone mad?!"
Century Dome! Empire Strikes Back, 1980, after a 1/4 mile long line in the shadow of said Mystery House. Good times!
I'd heard that blood sugar sex magic was a harsh drink, but man.
It's where new comedy specials go to be unseen until they're ported to Netflix (or is it Hulu that gets them eventually).
Also, is there a human alive who has ever finished "Grim Fandango" without a walk through guide? I mean, if you like the aesthetic, play it using a guide just for the story. It's great! But trying to to figure out some of those segments using logic? It's like someone's fever-dream journal.
Upvoted for the Library. Eff that level… in the ass!
Yaaasssss! Hated that shit! I commented further down, but basically getting too far away from the action (easy to do in the huge and featureless environment) meant wandering for hours trying to figure out where the fuck everyone had gone.
Gears of War is my favorite game series of all time. I remember spending hours trying to beat that Berserker the first time around. It was so immersive, and the thing felt way too alive. Now I blow though that encounter, but a pretty brutal level to throw at players less than an hour into the game.
Tell me about it. Try playing riven when you're color blind. lol
The Library in the first Halo. "Hey, let's make an environment so big and homogeneous looking throughout that the player will be lost forever trying to figure out where they're going". Good times.
Hello, is this the agency representing Miss Emma Stone?
First off, lovely disc from what I've heard so far. Very pretty and heartfelt. That said, I really wish the band that made OK Computer and Kid A would put out a record. I miss those guys.
Damn metric system!
