How is the title "Star Trek Into Darkness" in any way oxymoronic? I feel like either Brandon Nowalk doesn't properly understand the term "oxymoron," or I don't. Which is it?

Well…Scott Aukerman was on the show once….
So, are we to take away from this that the Blackfish is dead or alive at this point?
Yeah, the tone of Scott Aukerman's advertising spots alternates between breathless exasperation and deranged menace. I'm a fan.
Norm Macdonald really did make a very astute point, though. If you can't find someone and ask where they are, "in the bathroom with Andy Dick" is just about the worst answer imaginable.
And which part of that — exactly — did you find surprising? If Chris Hardwick is not the outright worst interviewer currently working in the national media landscape, he's at least got to be near the top of a very short list.

"You see, I know you — you're a fucking horrifyingly ambitious fuck who just pretends to be palatable to get what you want."
Given that the first sentence of this review contains an assertion that Holmes' You Made It Weird podcast is "excellent," I can already tell that this reviewer and I are not going to see eye to eye.
I agree. I generally like Alan Sepinwall, but I find Dan Fienberg to be truly insufferable.
The fascinating thing about listening to Mohr Stories is how little self-awareness Jay Mohr seems to have. It's incredible. He will sometimes refer to the fact that he used to be an awful, vindictive asshole in the distant past, but has since turned his whole life around. But, if you listen to a few episodes of his…
I vaguely dislike Pete Holmes as a comedian, but his podcast has convinced me that I REALLY dislike Pete Holmes as a person.
I agree. In the past year or so, I have become a very big fan of Lauren Lapkus.
And in this alternate reality, would Natalie Portman now be playing an Irish immigrant woman mixed up with a powerful bootlegger on Boardwalk Empire?
I agree. You really can't go wrong with almost any episode on which Andy Daly appears. That guy's "comedic batting average" is amazingly high.
What? A full review of The Bugle appears in "The Best" section, doesn't it? Or am I hallucinating again?
This is really very funny. Bravo.
In what universe would Paul Dooley be aptly considered a "comedy journeyman?"
Look, I really do love Marc Maron as much as anybody (I legitimately enjoy listening to him interview people), but it does strike me as odd that in the review of the "100 Words Or Less" podcast the reviewer felt the need to include a statement that the host, Ray Harkins, is "not as self-indulgent as Maron." I would…
Right. I think that everyone in the room was probably able to put that together other than the ultra-perceptive Pete Holmes, who chalked his confusion up to a lack of "informity."
