I think Emery and Evan have made me want children. Seriously, they are that level of cute where it almost hurts, like when you see an extremely cute puppy.

On behalf of drunk girls, I would merely say that when I'm in the club (which is increasingly rarely, I admit), I want to listen to something fun, familiar and danceable. I adore Joan Baez, but I'll save it for the bus ride home.
Ok, so, you're either me or you're Mindy Kaling…
"One, please!"
INCREDIBLE level of 30 Rock referencing. Kudos.
Much like the episode with The Critic, this episode really friggin' blows when you're a non-American ten-year-old. Maybe I'd 'get' it more now, but the memory of having a random new character dominate (particularly when you have no clue who Dangerfield is) is so disappointing. Basically Itchy, Scratchy and Poochy.
Andre Junior looks uncannily like a character I made in Sims 3. It's pretty disturbing.
It helps if you've listened to interviews with a lot of 1930s/40s blues musicians. I reckon the dude must have taken that accent right off of a John Lomax tape.
No-one I mention this to seems to have noticed its awfulness! "Vicky stayed up late into the night, drinking black coffee and studying photography". It's like a bedtime story for the world's most pretentious baby.
"SECRET PLAAAANS!"
"he is the actor playing the recurring bit part of omnipresent Philly gangster Waxey Gordon on Boardwalk Empire"
I heard they tried Fred Allen, too, but the whole show would have to be retooled into half an hour of Portland Hoffa reading out a letter from her aunt in Westeros.
Having at least a couple of really damned GOOD dramatic actors can take a lot of good sitcoms into the great zone.
Wow. That was one of the best replies I've ever had on here. Never thought I'd get anything so thought-out and interesting.
If you're in the UK, you can watch all the episodes on 4oD.
Also, apropos of nothing, Furillo and Goldblume were one of the most touchy-feely twosomes on TV. Even as a witless teenager, I though it was weird how Furillo would keep putting his hand on Henry's arm while they were talking. Nowadays, it would be fanfic heaven.
Awesome, I was so disappointed when I thought we weren't getting a new episode. I wish they would include it. It's not like TW needs any help getting ignored…
I have often wondered about this. I've never seen him in anything else, so it's hard to say, but I have a sneaking suspicion that he was essentially rooted in the pre-Method tradition of 'standing straight and speaking clearly and firmly'. That said, he really sold the dramatic stuff when it came up. I'm thinking not…
YES! The judge who became a cross-dresser, right?
I know, right! Cut out the middleman!
