I looked at Twitter before I watched this episode (bad idea, I guess) and Paul F. Tompkins had posted "Clanking chains. A creaking door. Spiderwebs. #MurdererHeaven"… so I knew Richard was going to die.

I felt worse for Richard than Chalky, and I felt terrible for Chalky.
A for the episode, A- for the season.
"Sorry, honey. We had to get rid of your musical instrument because it's become a murder weapon."
It reminded me a lot of An Occurrence At Owl Creek Bridge.
Brody certainly wished he had some H.
Saul the Bear, wearing a red hat with his name on it, chases Brody through the trenches of WWI while circus master Dar Adal follows behind.
I thought it was pretty funny that the marine said he didn't want to talk to his family because of superstition… presumably not marine superstition, but TV character superstition.
If Carrie told Brody she was pregnant, his response would probably be "Then why were you smoking? What the fuck is wrong with you?!"
A- from me too. Thank you for your tireless counting, digifreak.
"I didn't watch TV back then. I had a life."
Hmm, that Rammstein song is Führe Mich, which was released as sort of a B-side on their last album, except now it has the singer going "Nymphomania!" I think this is only interesting to me.
Rob Ford, is that you?
I would love it if there were a way to view all the comments at once, with one click, instead of this "scroll to the bottom… click on the bar… wait… scroll to the bottom… click on the bar… wait… etc." business.
I would assume those are sent through e-mail, because unpopular opinions are usually avoided in comments. Also, complaining is easier when lots of people are listening. Still, I do get the feeling that most people dislike this new thing while the people who like it are in the minority.
I think my top 20 favorite guitar solos are by The Mars Volta (most of which are played by John Frusciante). My answer that's less likely to be ridiculed: Comfortably Numb.
That's a pretty touching video… but the kid didn't get any bread, even after he said por favor!
One of the producers is named Marshall Boone, and Patton Oswalt's character was Fire Marshall Boone. Nice semi-in-joke there.
This reminds me of "When love is gone, where does it go?" from the new Arcade Fire album.
I'm almost done with Watership Down. I don't really like it. Obviously there's something wrong with me.
