Dickie is an interesting character. On the one hand, he is obviously smarter than Coover, especially in the short term. He's more saavy about what would be a good idea and what wouldn't be a good idea from a tactical standpoint. But strategically, he's dumber than Coover.

If you're at close range you need more accuracy, because the pellet spread doesn't have time to fly very far away from the aiming point.

It sounds like Carol of Black Pike is someone who closes deals. As such, I think she would definitely know the limitations and expectations of what her parent company wants out of the land and the deal. Which means I think that is more of a show oversight decision for dramatic effect than something we can really chalk

How would you all feel if Penny's acting career started to actually be successful?

I use an occasional exclamation point in prose within e-mails, always when I want to sound nice/excited about someone else's accomplishment or idea, especially if I'm criticizing it or something like that.

Uh - people who are not writers in a corporate setting love exclamation points. I have to remove about 15 per day from some of the crap that floats across my desk for approval.
