Jurble's right - it's supposed to look like Stannis.  Davos recognizes the shadow immediately when it goes to kill the officer in charge holding out at Storm's End.  That was the best part of the visualization here - as it's legs formed, you could tell it was tall enough to be a full grown man.

That scene had The Hound's only dialog of the season.  Given how important he becomes to the plot later in Book 2 and especially in Book 3, shouldn't he getting more character development already?  <spoilers> He should already be getting more protective of Sansa, shouldn't he, and sparring with Tyrion?  They did show…

I loved Harrenhal.  It always sounded like such an awful cursed place in the books.  The visuals here really sell it.
