+1. This show, though heralded, doesn't get nearly the love it deserves. It is one of the all time greats and paved the way for Curb and everything else that followed it.

The shitty "Vacation!" episode of the Sopranos
Its the one where Carmel and Rosalie go to Italy. Probably the worst ep of the Sopranos.

Flight of the Conchords, dir. Michel Gondry

The Bacon Brothers, dir. Kevin Bacon. With a side of hash browns.

Terry Gilliam?
Wasn't he one of the guys in that comedy troupe Monty Python? Those guys were fucking hilarious!

it was like two months ago, how was elton's mind around then?

Elton John - Gay Whore
took a million bucks to play at homophobe Rush Limbaugh's wedding. Brought ol' Reg down a few pegs in my view.

Lighten up people, that was funny.

I also work in TV and have found Marlon Brando's quote to be the most true, to wit: "An actor's a guy who, if you ain't talking about him, he ain't listening".

"a library worker named bookman" exactly the kind of element that feels so old school to me.

Tecumseh, I'm with you. I don't get all the love for this show. The Bookman thing gets old fast. The show always works better when we're with the gang rather than some "wacky" character they introduce for one episode. That concept feels so "The Lucy Show" or "The Jack Benny Program" to me.

Had to scroll this far down the page to find comments about Michelle's boobage? COME ON! They were fabulous and on display. Thanks for the fan service!

Now I know why they waddle! *rimshot*.

People people, you're all burying the lead!!!
The Paul Reiser Show?!?!?! Where has that guy been, counting his money from residuals off of the gem from the Golden Age of the sitcom, "Mad About You"?

See above - the song is not cheerful, it's kinda dirge-y. Mr. Denby suggested "Turn Around". Other specifics, potatosolution?

Great choice Wyatt. Always happy to see some FOW love.

Hard to describe that song as happy or cheerful as well. I'd have to go with "melancholy".

I'd have to go with "melancholy".

hmmm not to put too fine a point on it, but OK it's about NOT dying. Yeesh. Mr. Denby has a perfectly cheerful song about discovering human remains and train conductors whose faces are paper-white masks of evil.
