then almost gets killed aiding the douche Glaber

captured Onomaeus

he saved Lucretia

poor Ashur

he could have aided Spartacus.

he took the wrong path for the right cause

but the actions he took impeded him from taking the right path

he too despised slavery

he too wanted freedom

the irony is, and something even Lucretia points out in later episodes, is that Ashur could have been valuable asset to Spartacus's cause from the get go
