Anything that I could say about these episodes, and the season in general would only be variations of praise already bestowed countless times before.

I love this television series.
I don't remember much of Vengeance to be honest, but just this week I was reading reviews, and the consensus is that it's the weakest season of the bunch.
Excited to watch it again, see all the points that viewers did not like- all the villains, like you mention, and how nobody was a match to the legendary Batiatus.
I acquired the first 2 seasons of the show last year, and all the comments here pertain to those years.
Lately, I've been meaning to purchase the final 2, watch the 20 episodes, come back here and comment for each one.
Some thoughts on Sura.
This is a very sad television series, but in episode 6, we had yet to witness any truly tragic developments.
Barca's death, inter-cut with Pietros's joy, marked the time the show stopped being a show about cool fight scenes and became something truly dramatic.
Indeed. Never!
Some objected to his perceived decrease in badassery in later seasons, where he was most in love with Naevia than with severing heads from bodies, but damn did I love that character. He became dramatically compelling, which is the highest praise one can give to an alpha dude that shows his penis the very…
This show sure knew how to surprise the viewer.
This is the episode that sealed it for me.
I also thought Crixus had died, and was actually kinda glad for it, because so far, he had been nothing but a douche, with shadows of kindness.
Had Lucretia not loved Crixus so darn much, many, many tragedies that are yet to come would have been averted.
Still, it's near heart-breaking to see her sacrifice not only her happiness, but her husband's as well, when she lets Crixus walk away unspoiled.
Your words provide much needed happiness to me.
Gratitude.
You did??
Woohooo!
What season are you currently watching, if you don't mind me asking.
Having recently finished watching Breaking Bad, an interesting thought occurred to me, one which I will post in its entirety on the Spartacus finale board, where else.
The most memorable moment of the episode, for me, is when Varro attempts to give a root of some kind to Spartacus, as a means to numb the pain.
I liked Happy Christmas a tad more than Drinking Buddies.
Pretty sure the performances help, because in this one Anna Kendrick is really good.
Yeah, Kendrick was not under-developed in that film, but maybe that was the point. Who knows.
Anyways, her role in this one is fully fleshed out and even compelling at times.
I liked this episode better than the previous one, but it still wavers.
Had episode 4 not been a vast improvement, maybe I would have called it quits.
Gasp!!
I can only hope that viewers who are experiencing this series on SYFY feel curious enough to check it out unedited and uncensored.
Though I greatly enjoy this feature, I still do not how it works.
Monthly, bimonthly, randomly?
Feel free to drop by the series finale review and posting more comments there as well.
