Same here, but it seems more likely she was reporting of Cpt. Lincoln's death. If she was about to reveal she knew Broyles was a shape-shifter, she made a poor decision going alone and not saying anything to Bolivia (though, I suppose her odd social ability could account for that).

The show changed quite a few things, some better, some worse. I was just referring to (SPOILER-ish) the fact that they are in the prison for *quite* a long time. … oops, I see @avclub-b3e6c893288d4eb6ecd2339a8a0afe84:disqus just explained that above.

The pilot can really just stand on it's own. If only they could've kept it going like that. The rest of the series feels like a different show.

That's awesome.

I guess you never read the comics….

I sure hope they kill her off sooner than the comics.

Ah, ok then. Hopefully he sticks around a bit more, he's rather resourceful.

The line "I'll have sex with you" was pulled right from the comic. Speaking of which ……..

I could look in the comments, but I'm too lazy. Am I wrong in thinking that Owen was 'placed' in AC to find this guy and kill him as some kind of retribution from Ireland? Frankly, I couldn't really follow the conversation, but after Owen killed the guy he said something like, "it took five months to find you."

hah… I know. I was really considering it between BF3 and Skyrim, but that's crazy.

I wish I didn't buy this game. It's sort of fun, but I've grown tired of multiplayer, especially on xbox. The single-player portion is just horrible…

Dear lord, that's a lot of vagina… cue Predator joke

I prefer to blame everything on America

hah

Could work. I'm kinda glad the Tower was scrapped, I don't think it would have panned out.

hack

the "lucky cigarette" thing was funny to me. As an on-again-off-again smoker, I recall people turning one smoke unside down in their pack to smoke last, which somehow makes it a 'lucky cigarette.' … though I never did that. Just saying, it was sort of neat to see that referenced.

For some reason I thought he'd get a meatier part. Ah well, at least he got to interact with Larry a bit.

@aeonopolis - yeah, that was my biggest gripe as well. That and how Flagg died. And Mordred was pretty much useless. And it was kind of weird how he wrote himself into the books.

Maybe a good thing
I loved the series (regardless of the oddity of book 7), I frankly don't think it can be adapted properly to the screen. King almost never works outside of his books, unless they are short stories/novellas.
