We're opening up the mailbag again tonight, so if you got questions, send them along here or at purplerockpodcast at gmail

Can I go now?

Euro Disney's tea cups probably don't move as fast because they wouldn't want people's cigarettes to blow out.

That is what I meant, yes.

.2 pounds boils down to "how recently have you gone to the washroom"?

Here's what the show won't do: if you hide your idol at camp, then get called to a challenge, then swapped/merged to another camp, you're out an idol. Jeff has confirmed that.

What helps Mike is that two balance challenges came early when he didn't need the wins. We might not get any more.

Absolutely. Although Hali also talked around it in her Hali way. I think we can safely say that Shirin can be both a lovely person and get on one's nerves, particularly in the odd social circumstances of Survivor. I bet we all have friends we love that we'd never want to be around 24/7. Or are that friend.

I think you're on to something here. Which is surprising since you'd think that the previous seasons' cast would've picked the area clean.

Jenn went back to complaining about how annoying Shirin is in this week's Ponderose video.

Challengers Mike has to beat in 3 of 4 immunity challenges:

-Carolyn (won against the women but looked like she may have been he runner-up were it a unisex challenge, was second to

Internet people have a tendency to root against people who look like they might've stuffed them into a locker in school.

That's a little unfair to Tyler: he has more at risk than Dan. If you're Dan, and you think it's a bluff, and you're wrong, then another threat goes home. If you're Tyler, and you think it's a bluff, and you're wrong, you go home.

Shirin DID understand exactly why he didn't play it and said as much in her final words.

You control their speed by turning the steering wheel in the middle.

Nope, even then it's not yours.

If you stole it, they'd tell you to put it back. I think we all forget that the producers are at camp, managing portions of the day.

Yeah, I just don't think Mike winning is that much of a comeuppance. It's the thing that they're all afraid of happening.

This is why I never bought into the idea of us getting a comeuppance edit, and thus never thought Shirin was going to win. I don't think Dan and Will got bad edits because of an eventual Shirin victory over them. They got bad edits because they suck. Sometimes the show can only hide the reality of the situation so
