The producers HAVE made an idol THAT powerful. Twice. Both Terry and Yul's idols were good to final four.

Showing that gives up the ballgame. Something they'd never do on a close vote like this one.
Not if he thinks his final four idol bluff will work and that this is the final three. Then, he's already in the finals. With Trish on the jury. And Kass sitting next to him.
Maybe. But they probably won't even think to. At this point, they know there's a special power idol, and hearing that it's good to final four makes as much sense as anything as to what that power is.
She probably stayed up every night thinking about things she'd say to Kass if she didn't have to pretend to be nice to her.
I think we're at the point where the value of having an idol is A) to keep people from voting for you (a la Tony these past two weeks), B) if you desperately need it that vote, or C) to ensure someone else doesn't have it. Otherwise, they no longer do their intended job: eliminate votes cast for people.
I guess the same way Captain Marvel Jr did.
That WB hasn't tried to turn Shazam into a Saturday morning cartoon for kids shows how little they understand on marketing to characters outside of one demographic.
"Little kid who succeeds in adult world through special skills" may very well be the most used trope in kid TV programming. But Warner Bros would probably…
DC can still call him that, but they can't publish a book with that name in its title, which is why all his books have had Shazam in the title. Which has lead most people to call him Shazam. So since DC can't own the copyright, they've given up and steered into the skid. Too much work to keep both brands alive.
Matt Quinlan, correct.
Touche.
I think Phillip is very annoying and clever as a fox. He knows exactly what he's doing from a TV perspective and it works perfectly for his goals.
I think it's a mistake to assume the TPI works anything like other idols. Including the fact that it will end at final four.
In retrospect, since it ended up taking a while, the slow and steady approach would've been best. Count your stations one at a time, twice to ensure correctness (or more than twice if your first two numbers don't match), then run over to put in one answer at a time.
When the token female starts dry heaving at the mention of a guy for the Beauty tribe, you have to uphold the veto.
I'd have a hard time stifling my laughter as I cast the vote.
So, you're not a monster, is what you're saying?
Often, when we're hating other little kids, what we're really doing is hating their parents for making them assholes.
Actually, Malcolm himself offered up that he sees a comparison between himself and Spencer. But it was more from an underdog edit stand point. But at many points early in the season, Malcolm knew exactly how Spencer was feeling because he's been there.
Nope. Reward challenge for an advantage in the final four immunity. Then that immunity challenge. Walk of Fallen Survivors. Final 3 TC.
