It's Walt. Things would look bad for him often, but he'd find his way out of it/the universe would align to save him.

The Aras/Vytas dynamic is breaking my wife's heart, because we have two boys under the age of five. She doesn't want her babies to grow up as rivals!
We're not the foreigners, YOU'RE the foreigner!
@avclub-080acdcce72c06873a773c4311c2e464:disqus I think the jury might've been pissed at Colby for taking Keith, but not so pissed that a majority of them would've actually voted for Keith. It's not like they can abstain.
Katie or Ciera are the best bets for clue-getting as a way of trying to mess with the people that took out John. Although maybe the best way to mess with Brad would be to give him the clue, since it makes you a target.
Yeah, I think they didn't want to be even up with the other side. They don't yet know where everyone stands on their tribe.
At one point, there were four people on Redemption Island.
Those moments might have justified all the overwrought family drama that is to come this season. Fascinating stuff from the brothers, tender moment from Tyson.
Has anyone ever won like that?
On the flipside, Aras had to double-up due to the 5-3 male advantage of the loved ones.

So, for instance, what we saw of Aras vs Vytas was their three matches put together. Apparently, Vytas did win when he cheapshoted Aras, but then Aras…
@avclub-eee6e49e09ab1c283e2d7689d45a7b4b:disqus Ciera is going to win it all.
Who would've thought that the biggest emotional payoff would come from the brother/brother dynamic? Would've put money on dating/married or parent/child.
We probably shouldn't exaggerate the level of examination that occurs before they pull a player out of the game. It's akin to a paramedic making an earlier assessment. Any kind of deeper exam requires the player to leave the island. After which, they discovered that Colton did not have appendicitis.
@avclub-a9f5102dde8ca6e2ef0b18e777e918ed:disqus How the fuck did I forget Brandon Hantz?!? We have a new clubhouse leader.
@avclub-f57f9cb586d9b314c3c9051a02a77bff:disqus Sorry, that was unclear. My list of three is for the worst returnees list. Shamar is for the worst all-time.
Kathy was probably that season's best player. Those players often get taken out at the final vote out.
I know it's weird to post discussion about last week's episode on this week's episode, but if anyone's interested, @JudgeReinhold:disqus and I posted another podcast yesterday. @avclub-a9f5102dde8ca6e2ef0b18e777e918ed:disqus was our special guest. You can listen here: http://purplerock.podomatic…
They were probably chosen by Probst, and there's a good chance there were more battles that we never saw. It's not uncommon for challenges to be best of many more than we see, then edited down.
For returnees, the battle would be between Colton and Francesca. I don't even know who would be third.
Worst ever? Shamar's in the discussion.
