"Can't do it, Sally."

I forgot about the b-story, which was great, I agree. It was awesome how Chloë Moretz stood toe to toe with Alec Bladwin.

"Thad's been in his little nerd world for so long and now he's peeping out of his shell like a- what's that animal that crosses so slowly across the road and then you swerve to make sure you hit it and then a car coming the other way swerves to avoid you and goes off a cliff and, that night, you and your companion

I love the perfectly constructed Bizarro World where everyone except Liz just matter-of-factly acts as if celebrating Leap Day is the most normal thing in the world (including carolers, random pedestrians wearing blue and yellow, and of course, the NBC Experience being closed for Leap Day.) That completely made the

I still like what they did with Kelsey Grammer.

Definitely, those last 13 episodes were wonderful. The election arc has dated it a bit, but there's still plenty of funny stuff. And particularly from "Mazel Tov, Dummies" to the end ("Last Lunch"), it's a glorious finish.

"No one can hear you, Dotcom! Then I fell through the ice. They still don't know who pulled me out."
"I did. Charlie Rangel gave me a medal!"

Now now, we'll talk about 30 Rock's St. Patrick's Day episode when that day comes…

It brought up an interesting subject, but ended up being a bit of a misfire. Still has plenty of great 30 Rock jokes, of course.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt has some random stuff, but nothing nowhere near as random as that "Daddy's Boy" bit, which had me in hysterics, and even got Robert Osbourne involved:

Greetings co-workers! Mr. Donaghy would like to inform you that, "Unfortunately, due to the Obama worldwide recession, there will be no Leap Day bonuses this year, mean laughter, sound of a drink being poured, what are you writing now you slacked-jaw donkey?"

"Arrrgh! My period! YOU'RE ALL FIRED!!"

"PUT DOWN THE MIMOSA! BITCH"

That was an amazing ending wasn't it? That was the great John Cullum (still alive and kicking and working) leading into a shock capper I don't think anyone saw coming.

"I don't know a lot about business, but he did an Internet, and now the computers like him, and Wall Street is Google."

Oh the joy that fills a young boy's heart on the Day of Leap!

"I listened to rap music for the first time. Not a fan."

"Poke your eyes, pull your hair, you forgot what clothes to wear!"

Why wouldn't Owen do her? She still looks damn good. Hell, I've had thing for JoBeth Williams ever since Kramer vs. Kramer.

That's been a staple of Adam West appearances well before 30 Rock. I think it was done better in 30 Rock, at least.
