I was thinking that we could maybe have everyone do ten episodes for community, and then compile those lists to get an overall Top 10. (I realize that this is somewhat similar to our grading, but I think it's different enough that they could coexist.)

Yes, the Pilot is bad. I don't know if you've seen the UK office, but they literally lifted the pilot from that, only changing a couple references. It was totally unoriginal, and the wrong type of humor for the US show. The back half of S1 gets better, imo.
