"I'm having an old friend for dinner. I will find the conversation a trifle one-sided."
"I'm having an old friend for dinner. I will find the conversation a trifle one-sided."
No, it did.
" I had a four-person office; me, Sandler, Farley and Spade, we shared an office. And those are my boys for life. For life. I love those guys."
—Chris Rock
I'll never watch these movies, but I have to admire Sandler. He's basically found a way for him, all of his friends, cool and beautiful women, and all of their families to hang out and have fun at a woodsy resort every couple of years and still get paid for it. I'd do that if I could get away with it too.
Did Rob Schneider's character die in the first movie? Is he too busy filming other projects? Did he and Sandler have a spat? How is it that he is not in this?
I'll probably get blamed for that.
"So, my girlfriend became my enemy, my enemy became my best friend, and my best friend became my girlfriend. But hey! That's high school."
—Sky High
Well, more fish for Kunta!
The movie, not the Huey Lewis song.
PARALLAX, PEOPLE!
I am gobsmacked to see that
1) everybody here did not choose "Hotel Inspectors," and
2) nobody did.
My sister had never seen Community before last week's finale. She loved it. Easily the worst episode in at least two seasons, and she loved it, even without understanding all of the inside jokes.
It's interesting that all of the female Favorites came in to their second season with a different strategy than the one they had in their first season. Meanwhile, the male Favorites generally came in with the same strategy (or lack thereof).
I think JimisAwesome has a point. There was an awful lot of testosterone up there in the jury stands, and more fans than I thought had survived. If any fan makes it through to the end, it will be Sherri. But no fan will make it through to the end.
"The Fun-Sucker."
I loved them both for this. Because why not, right? If one of them had given up, it would have been no smarter than Erik handing over the HII he just found.
Cochran's move was really brilliant. Making the big move really is all about timing, and he knew exactly when to strike: Wait until someone else sticks their neck out there, and then organize a counter-attack against them.
Little pink houses.
Did his love she didn't need to coax?
Oh, it was one of THOSE highway moose signs. I was thinking of one of those other highway moose signs I'm always seeing.
