Many people think "Crush With Eyeliner" is about a drag queen or a transsexual. Considering the lyrics "What can I make myself be/Life is strange" etc… and Monsters overarching theme of sexual identity (at least 8 songs on that record touch on this theme) I tend to agree with that interpretation.

It was just a way for me to get closer to Zack. He needed my help. Don't forget even the Zack loved my brother Rod…he said I was "The better Belding"!!

Well, the original LOTR trilogy was anything BUT a straight literary adaptation. If it had been, I think we might have hate equivalent to Jar Jar with the film version of insane living thing Tom Bombadil. (C'mon…even us Tolkien purists, who love Tom in the books know how AWFUL he would have been on screen.)

Hey, Hey, Hey! What is going on here!?!? Just because I used to be the voice of KKTY Bayside's radio station, and then went on to be it's principal who had a platonic yet still wildly inappropriate relationship with a small group of students (remember when I gave them my car?) to the detriment of the schools 16 other

This review is about what expected, and to be honest if the 3 movies hit a solid B as whole I will be pretty happy. Let's remember that the bar that Jackson set with the original trilogy was incredibly high, and the overall tone of The Hobbit is much different. While I admit I cringed when I heard it was being

In LOTR, Gandalf has (as told in expository dialogue in the chapter "The Council of Elrond") a chance meeting with Radagast after he leaves Bag End, but before he reaches Isengard to discover that Saruman is a traitor. He asks Radagast something to the effect of "Have all good birds and beasts that you talk to be on

You give him Love and Understanding, Goodwill to man, you wrap it all up it a bright colored ribbon and you give it to him all over again!! I am shamed that I did NOT have to listen to the song to know the answer to the titular question of that song.

I am very aware that I am in the minority, but I LOVED the conclusion to the Dark Tower series. Maybe it is because it was the ending I had always envisioned. (reading interviews with King after W & G he always talked about how the opening line of "The Gunslinger" was the best opening he ever wrote…which always made

Oh please no. Bill Simmons is a plague on both the sports and entertainment world. We do NOT need him taking credit for something, and we REALLY don't need to inflate his already gigantic ego. Boston fans are the absolute worst, and he is the worst of the worst. Also, he sounds like the worlds biggest pussy. He also

If you think Sabean is bad (and he is) you should REALLY feel sorry for the fans in Baltimore who have Dan Duquette to deal with. YIKES!

SportsCenter is awful. ESPN is awful. There shows only exist to promote their other shows. It angers me that they have made me sound like Phil Mushnick, but when it comes to ESPN he is <shudder> right. MLB and NHL networks both do avery good job of covering their sport with their flagship shows (MLB is the best sports

I think the newer stats enable real die hard fans like myself and the other posters in this thread to really enjoy the game more, however it is REALLY annoying at sports bar when some guy needs to shout down some old timer for using an antiquated stat like RBI's (When I was bartending this happened all the time). Too

While other stats have emerged that are certainly better than OPS, OPS remains a very solid statistic in judging players (The problem is not that it overrates slugging, it is that you are combining numbers that use 2 different formulas to compute them), also the more complex the stat becomes, the less useful it is to
