I'm still trying to put my finger on who those two remind of. Liev Schreiber in the Manchurian Candidate?

Robin
She is not particularly talented or charismatic but after the way the cool kids gained up her tonight I hope that she hangs on to the bitter end. Have the top contenders with the possible exception of Kevin ever been as snide, imperious and unlikable. That whole Matin bandanna solidarity with Robin having to

The pop culture of AV Club has always been my go to site when I need a break from the shit storm of reality. That said I do find it heartening that so many commenters on this site have come out to refute this ditto-head. In America the angry white guy has always been the bitch of the plantation owner. Just tell him

When I was a pup, we got spanked by Presidents till the cows came home. Grover Cleveland spanked me on two non-consecutive occasions.

Hell Yeah, Mad Men
How about the giant brass balls it takes to counter-program against the academy that just gave you best drama.

I'm waiting for…
George Lucas' Hidden Fortress: Special Edition because samurai films always benefit from the digitally inserted presence of Jar Jar Binks.

To hell with that Illinois Nazi, look at how he poisoned the mind of his boy Mel.

I vas elected to feed not to read.

completely off the subject
But since this review is two hours early….. I just saw what might be the greatest half hour in television history. Andy Richter just decimated Wolf Blitzer on Celebrity Jeopardy- something like $39,000 to negative $4,000. (Dana Delaney was second with around $4,000). Funnier than any SNL

And I for one will vouch for Oprah. She did not steal $5 from Grandpa Gene.

Nothing captures the essence of Mad Men…
more than Jersey Boys.

Since no one else will say it, I would also recommend his most commercial film (after the Ocean movies anyway). Erin Brockovich is one of those movies that I stop flipping channels for and can watch to the end wherever I come in. Guess I'm just a sucker for a good underdog vs evil corporation story.

Sincerely, thanks, never can get enough SCTV.

Trying to wrap my brain around this
*head explodes*

Out of Sight is about as entertaining a genre film as you are ever likely to see.

It is tragic…
…that in the short time it took this book to hit the shelves the central thesis is already unraveling. Maybe that corporate whore Rahm Emanuel didn't let "a serious crisis to go to waste" but it seems he and the Obama administration never even had the ambition to achieve the fundamental reforms this

and yet….
there are still people who question my messianic loyalty to Joss Whedon.

Is it also true…
….that Steven Soderberg is doing a remake of Ingmar Bergman's G'nip G'nop?

Leno, Seinfeld & Oprah, oh my!
It wasn't the Obama skit but rather the moment that triumvirate of fatuous zillionaire hacks appeared on screen together that my heart and soul compressed into a pure sapphire of crystalline hatred.

You forgot what really makes L&O UK special: Powdered Wigs, bitch.
