its tough - I love Matrix 1. It was the absolute bomb when it came out and I was blown away by it. Still holds up in my opinion. The sequels however, were the kind of bad that made me dislike the first a bit. I guess they left a real sour taste in my mouth and I have a hard time thinking of them as separate.

As time passes, it looks increasingly possible that Speed Racer will wind up being their best movie - unless you can count Matrix 1 as a standalone.

I had a pretty heavy Conan phase this winter. I kept order those huge trades. Anyway, after reading a shit load of conan comics, I've come to believe what Conan needs most is a show. In a dream world, an HBO show (they could just use the left over game of thrones sets! thats how that works right?)
