I love that movie. It's not like, "good", but when it's on I always enjoy the hell out it. Maybe just because I'm from Vermont and I love watching hollywood's version of that (which is usually hilarious)

the first one is one of my favorite movies ever, in a bad movie I love way. The acting is amazing - especially the character Wallstreet. Anyway, for what it's worth, the sequels never captured the European karate perfection of the first in my opinion.
