actually, that part pissed me off a lot. One of my favorite things about Godzilla is when he yells and waves his arms and the humans shoot THOUSANDS of their best missiles at him to NO EFFECT whatsoever. The thought that three pathetic normal missiles, would trouble Godzilla at all is just a complete misunderstanding…

As a big time Godzilla fan, I was wildly disappointed with the 1998 movie. However, seeing real Godzilla destroy fake 1998 Godzilla in "Final Wars" made it all worthwhile.

This DVD is pretty awesome but really not any better than the one from Classic Media. The real exciting Godzilla news is the imminent release of "Godzilla vs. Megalon" which is AWESOME and has been out of print since VHS time!

besides, I think I read somewhere that a lot of this record was written around the time they did "Brothers" so I think the similarity between that record and the new one is less a case of them aping themselves on purpose to make money and more of an amnesiac / kid…
