I was going to make a similar comment. I think Perfect Dark's problem was that it came out a bit too late in the N64's cycle, and quite a few people missed it. Which is a damn shame, because it's Goldeneye 2.0.

Step One: Cut a hole in the box.

I thought that at first, but it looked more like a reflection of his hand and the glass in it.

Whomever chose that image to go with the article has my eternal thanks.

I enjoyed the grandma, too. I want to hear her speak more Chinese. Although, it also made me wonder if the topic of language is going to come up. I mean, I don't need to see them talk about it directly, but I'm always curious about multi-generational bilingual households and how they navigate the use of language.

I was feeling overly cynical while watching this show and I said to LadyListerner: I hope a white person says to them "Your English is so good" in every episode, just to drive home how annoying and insensitive it is.

This seems like a question for Savage Love.

At the risk of being hyperbolic on the internet, I want Darnielle to do this more than anything I've ever wanted.

I was disappointed Doug didn't ask him about the Star Wars Prequel he cut together. I kept hoping it would come up. I look forward to Grace coming back and doing it again.

This! I was also predicting a punchline about how he would need to stop practicing him Mitt impression in the bathroom mirror. Alas…

This was the question I came here to ask. When I saw the headline, my first thought was Twilight Princess. I prefer the GC version, because I always loved that Link was left handed.

Sorry for the delay, I didn't watch it until this afternoon… You know, I didn't hate it, but I wasn't overly thrilled with it either. I'd give it a Meh-minus.

A new Supernatural is on.

As happy as I am for Viola Davis, to just see Tatiana Maslany nominated for something (finally some recognition!) makes me bummed Davis won…

I went into one recently and discovered they were selling licensed Supernatural shirts and bags. I was so confused…

I took Amazon's bait and marathoned the season of Transparent. It was great.

I thought the Infinite Jest book was a great sight gag.

Agreed. I watch it with the same mindset as when I'm reading magical realism.

So Jackson's reprising his greatest role as Coach Carter?

Right… because titles are ironclad agreements of the content of the show throughout its run.
