That was my favourite joke of the episode.

Cho is pretty great, and this second episode was a marked improvement. Give it a chanceā€¦

FOOD THREAD

But this week in calling out stereotypes, Hunter insisted he wasn't Scottish?

Ah, I tried to scan the comments to see if anyone else had said something. Although I think I disagree on your second point; I thought the cop asked if Barbra was only using pot, implying that there was a time where she was doing a lot more, as a junkie would.

Penguin didn't kill him for the shoes. He killed him so the job would open up. The owner said they had a full staff. The shoes were a bonus.

Only the latter is online. I was really hoping for the Olympics rant. Was it great? I assume it's discussing all of the cities rescinding their applications to host?

Because you're acknowledging it, I fully expect to see weekly reviews of Supernatural. I'll even be okay if PDN does them.

That was such a great line. The perfect joke for Boyle to make. Any of the other characters would have just rolled their eyes, but to Holt, it was an amazingly funny joke.

I had a friend who saw a commercial for the show and felt as you did, writing off Mulaney the comedian as well as the show. I told her to give his special New in Town a chance. She did, and was in tears from the laughter.

I think I laughed at everything Holt said, but "bed her" was, without a doubt, a highlight.

If we're promoting Bennett, put him behind the WU desk instead of Jost.

The back and forth felt so forced, though. I wanted to like it (it was amusing enough), but the delivery was still painfully stilted. I hope Che keeps improving.

Thanks! I had no idea hummus was so easy to make.

I want to try and make my own hummus. Does anyone have a recipe they recommend?

I appreciated later, when he acknowledge they were "doing a bit".

You were unaware McLachlan was playing Skye's father? That was made abundantly clear in the episode. He said "my daughter" to Raina. What else could that have meant?

I bet one of them will be the Dawes meme. Amirite?

I would have given it a D.

Yeah, when I clicked on the article, my first thought was "I hope they ask him about Supernatural".
